Hello and thank you for your interest in my art! I’ve put together this list of common questions to ensure you have a wonderful experience. Please read through this before purchasing, as it outlines my shop policies.
The Artwork
Q: What is your art printed on? / What are the materials?A: I take great pride in the quality of my products. All prints are produced using high-quality, archival-grade papers and inks to ensure your artwork lasts for years. Specific paper types are listed in each product description. For original pieces, I list all materials in the item description.
Q: Will the colors match what I see on my screen?
A: I professionally calibrate my monitor to ensure the colors are as accurate as possible. However, every device displays color differently based on its individual settings. There may be slight variations between the image on your screen and the final printed product. The print you receive will be a faithful reproduction of the original artwork.
What does a tattoo voucher do?
Purchasing a tattoo voucher gives you my permission to get any of my pieces/designs tattooed.
Ordering & Processing
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?A: Please allow for two separate timeframes:
· Processing Time: This is the time I need to carefully prepare your order.
For prints, this is typically 3-5 business days.
For original artwork, the processing time will be 5-7 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays.
For commissions/custom orders, timeframes will be discussed and agreed on. If I'm not given a timeframe then I will just proceed to work in a timely matter.
· Shipping Time: After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Shipping times depend on your location and the service selected.
Please note that these are estimates, and during high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. I will communicate any significant delays proactively.
Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: Due to the custom nature of my work, I do not normally accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or is not as described. I strive to provide detailed photos and descriptions so you know exactly what you're ordering. If you have any questions before purchasing, please don't hesitate to contact me! And if there are any issues once the product is received, please let me know.
Shipping & Damage
Q: What is your policy if my order arrives damaged?A: I pack every order with extreme care to prevent damage during transit. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the damaged item and the packaging. I will work with you to resolve the issue, which typically involves creating a replacement or issuing a refund.
Q: My order seems to be lost in the mail. What can you do?
A: Once a package is scanned into the postal system, it is out of my hands. I am not responsible for delays or losses once shipped. However, I am here to help! Please contact me, and I will initiate a trace with the shipping carrier on your behalf. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, I will work with you to create a replacement or find another solution.
The Art Itself
Q: Can I request a custom order or commission?A: I love creating custom pieces! Commission availability varies throughout the year. Please feel free to reach out to me via email [email protected], or via social media to request a commission, as well as for current status, pricing, and the process. All commissions are subject to a separate agreement.
Q: What are your policies on copyright and reproduction?
A: Thank you for asking! I, Elise, retain all copyrights to the artwork, images, and designs. When you purchase a physical piece of art, you are purchasing the object itself, not the copyright. The artwork may not be reproduced, resold as prints, or used for commercial purposes without my express written permission. Personal use (like displaying it in your home) is, of course, what it's made for!
